Glenn knows the London market well having previously built the IRESS financial markets offering in the UK and wideness Europe. He has over 20 years’ wits of the investment financial industry working for the likes of Schroders, Salomons and Citigroup. Jason Hoang Managing Director, Asia Jason became Managing Director of IRESS Asia when in August 2010. A co-founder of XPLAN Technology he, together with Andrew Walsh, was instrumental in transitioning XPLAN from an self-sustaining start-up to a fully integrated semester of IRESS. John has spent most of his career in the financial services industry and in roles with an international focus. Kirsty Gross Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand (Financial Markets) Kirsty heads up our Financial Markets merchantry in Australia. Prior to this, she looked without the Product and Account Management teams, and moreover knows a thing or two well-nigh IRESS trading systems having been involved from the inception. Kirsty has over 20 years’ wits in the information vending industry and in broking from roles at Equinet, Knight Ridder Financial, and McIntosh Securities. Peter Ferguson Group General Counsel andVisitorSecretary Peter joined IRESS in 2011 and brought with him many years' wits in international legal and commercial positions in the FinTech sector. That included seven years with Nasdaq OMX located in Stockholm, and later in Sydney at GBST and SIRCA. A little-known fact, Peter was once a navy diver for the reserves for 10 years, where he ‘blew some stuff up’ and jumped out of a couple of planes and helicopters.  Simon Badley Managing Director, UK Simon wasSeniorExecutive Officer of Avelo when it was uninventive by IRESS in September 2013. He has 25 years’ financial services wits since joining Aviva in 1991 as a fresh faced graduate and moving his way up to Director of Intermediary.  At IRESS Simon is focused on developing our business, ensuring we build upon our market-central position and unzip our strategic goals. In his self-ruling time he is a keen golfer and loves spending time with his family. Simon New Group Executive - Strategy Simon joined IRESS in November 2015 from Ernst & Young where he was a director in wealth and windfall management.  He has wide-stretching wits of domestic and international private wealth management and has clocked up virtually 23 years of financial services wits split between industry and management consulting. He’s moreover held senior management positions at Lloyds Bank and Capco. A lover of the unconfined outdoors, his hobbies include skiing, running, mountain wanderlust and golf. Ray Pretorius Managing Director, South Africa Ray leads our merchantry in South Africa.  Ray has over 20 years’ wits in financial markets technology solutions, having started his career developing Equity and Derivative solutions at a leading Merchant Bank.  Ray joined IRESS (Peresys prior to acquisition) 15 years ago and withal with an impressive team has driven the successful adoption of technology solutions into the South African financial and wealth management markets.  When he’s not working Ray loves to cycle, expressly off-road mountain biking, so much so that he has found a way to combine it with work by holding a regular MTB vendee meeting.  Ray’s family is a source of unvarying energy and joy, including 2 daughters who are the ’light of his life’. Tizzy Vigilante Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand (Wealth) Tizzy looks without the distribution of Wealth Management clients in Australasia, supporting them in the use of our software solutions. Coran Lill Group Executive - Communications & Marketing Coran joined IRESS in January 2017 and leads our communications and marketing team. Coran brings a diverse range of skills and wits to IRESS. A former corporate lawyer, merchantry journalist and public relations consultant, Coran has well-considered leading fund managers, technology and telecommunications companies, banks and insurers, and headed up media relations at the wealth arm of one of Australia’s largest banks.
